As a Salesforce Consultant at IBM with three years of experience, I focus on designing and delivering scalable, data-driven solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem for global clients such as MOL Group and Philip Morris International.

For the past year and a half, I’ve been part of a long-term engagement with Philip Morris International, where I’ve worked on transactional communication connected through APIs, building dynamic emails using AMPscript, and creating CloudPages and surveys to support customer journeys. This project has allowed me to become more confident in working with integrations, personalization, and cross-channel workflows.

Previously, I was involved in a project for MOL Group, where I worked with Salesforce Loyalty Management. My responsibilities included setting up and triggering Salesforce Surveys, testing loyalty logic, and generating and assigning voucher codes based on customer activity. I also contributed to application testing, using tools like Android Studio to verify mobile app behavior and ensure smooth integration with Salesforce.
